Interactive prototype · fictional architecture studio
Northlight Client Portal
Explore how a client could find project information, record a local review decision and follow sample invoice status.
A prototype, using fictional records
- Simulated sign-in
- Entry selects the fixed fictional client. No email or password is requested, and no real account is authenticated.
- Simulated messaging
- The message action shows prototype feedback only. No email, chat message or notification is sent.
- Simulated payments
- The paid-status action updates a sample invoice in this browser. No payment provider is connected and no money is transferred.
What you can try
- Switch between two sample projects and view their dashboard counts.
- Search and filter document metadata, with an illustrative drawing preview.
- Save a local approval or change request and revisit it after refresh.
- Simulate an invoice status change and see sample totals recalculate.
- Reset the fictional workspace after confirming the reset.
Other limits
File downloads are simulated; no actual document or invoice file is delivered. Records and the demo identity stay in this browser. Shared server data, protected accounts, full approval history and staff resubmission are not connected. Activity and progress are seeded examples. Scenario due dates use 24 October 2026; new local decision dates use the current UTC date.
For a production portal
Real identity checks, project permissions, protected files, shared records and any messaging or payment integrations would be separately designed and implemented.
