Who we are

RelaNex Studio is part of RelaNex Group and is based in Baku, Azerbaijan. We are responsible for the information described in this notice. You can reach us at contact@relanex.studio.

What you send us through the contact form

The form asks for your name and e-mail address and, if you choose to add them, your company, your industry, what you need, the package you shaped, your budget range, your ideal launch date and a description of your project.

When you press Send brief, these details go to our server, which e-mails them to contact@relanex.studio. The website does not keep them in a database. If sending fails, your brief stays in your own browser so you can copy it and e-mail it yourself.

We use these details only to reply to you, to discuss your project and to prepare a proposal you asked for. If you e-mail us directly, the same applies to your e-mail.

Protection against spam

To accept at most five messages per hour from one visitor, our server briefly stores a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, not the address itself, together with the times you sent messages. Each record is removed after an hour, the next time the form is used. A hidden form field also catches automated spam.

What the website stores in your browser

Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described below, the website keeps two small settings in your browser, which are never sent to us and do not identify you:

Colour theme

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (rnx-theme) until you clear your browser data.

Package selection

Your choices in "Shape your project" are kept in session storage (rnx-package) while the tab is open, so they can fill in the contact form. They are deleted when you close the tab or send a brief.

The speed figures shown on the home page are session estimates in your browser and are not sent anywhere.

Interactive demonstration applications

The Engineering Workflow Portal and Field Service Management demos store fictional records and preferences in this browser using IndexedDB. Changes are local to this browser profile and website origin, not shared accounts or cloud storage. Do not enter personal, confidential or live customer information. Each demo has a confirmed reset; clearing this site's browser data also removes its saved workspace. Downloaded CSV or PDF files remain wherever you save them.

The Northlight Client Portal prototype stores its fictional workspace and demonstration identity in local storage (northlight-portal:v1 and northlight-portal:session). The prototype entry uses a fixed fictional client and does not ask for an email or password. These are not secure accounts or shared server records. Confirmed reset restores the sample workspace; leaving the prototype removes the demo identity. Clearing this site's browser data removes both. Its document downloads, messaging and payments are simulated.

The Engineering demo caches its static application shell for later offline use. The Field Service demo generates its PDF locally and loads its bundled font and PDF code from this website. Neither demo sends customer messages, takes payments or synchronizes business records with a server.

Google Analytics

To understand how the website is used, every page loads Google Analytics, a service of Google. It tells us, for example, how many people visit, which pages they read, how long they stay, which website or search brought them here, and their approximate region, device and browser. We see these figures only as totals; they do not tell us who you are.

To do this, Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_Z0F34FS148, kept for up to two years) and sends information about your visit, including your IP address, to Google's servers, which may be outside your country. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We use it only to improve the website, not for advertising.

You can stop it at any time: block or delete cookies for this website in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works the same either way. For details, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's privacy policy.

Fonts

Our pages use fonts stored on this website (Manrope, Geist and Geist Mono), so loading them contacts no one else. Only the Northlight prototype loads its two fonts (Fraunces and Inter) from Google Fonts; to deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic information about your browser. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider's server may record standard technical logs, such as the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser used. These are kept for a limited time and used only to keep the website secure and running.

Who sees your information

Only the RelaNex Studio team. The website and our mailbox run on our web hosting provider's servers, which store them on our behalf, and Google processes the visit statistics described above. We do not sell or rent your details, and we share them with others only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry as long as we need it to answer you and follow up. If we start working together, it becomes part of the project records, which we keep for as long as the project and the law require. If we don't, we delete it within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it. Write to contact@relanex.studio and we will answer within one month.

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) give you these rights. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
