Web Design, Development & Applications, Engineered for Growth.

We design websites that present your business clearly, and build custom workflow applications that simplify your team's everyday work.

Start with either service, or bring both together.

The studio

About RelaNex Studio

We believe your website and your software should do more than look good. They should help your business succeed: win customers, simplify operations and make everyday work easier.

For businesses of every kind, anywhere in the world: dental clinics, florists, photographers, engineering consultancies, HVAC contractors, electricians and other small and growing companies. Some need a website, some need an application for their daily work, and many need both. We also maintain and support what we build.

Design excellence

Every website and application is distinctive, visually impressive and intuitive, responsive on every screen and true to your brand.

Engineering precision

We focus on maintainable architecture, performance and appropriate security controls, with custom-code ownership and third-party licences set out in the proposal.

Business-driven functionality

Websites and applications that solve real problems: fewer manual tasks, clearer communication with customers and support for the way you work every day.

Services

Beyond online presence. Built for real business.

Start with a website, or with the software alone. We design distinctive websites and online stores, and build custom web applications, client portals and workflow automation, including for businesses that already have a website. Every solution is designed around how you work.

01Start with a website

Bespoke websites

A website as distinctive as your business.

Custom design and responsive pages that present your business clearly and make it easy for customers to get in touch. Booking, ordering or a customer portal can be added when you need them.

Performance & SEO

Built for speed and search.

A website only helps your business if it opens quickly and people can find it. Speed, search foundations and accessibility are checked before every launch.

  • Light pages and compressed images, fast on mobile networks
  • Launch review for speed, accessibility and good practice
  • Page titles, a sitemap and structured business information for search engines

Automation & AI

Let software do the repetitive work.

Quotation requests arrive organised, reminders go out on time, and an assistant answers from your own data.

Design & UX

Interfaces people understand on the first visit.

Research, user flows and a clickable prototype you approve before anything is built.

  • Fixes and small improvements each month
  • Response times agreed in your Care plan
About Care plans

Solutions by industry

Built around problems you already know.

Choose the kind of business closest to yours to see everyday problems we can take off your hands, and what we could build for you. Not listed? The same approach fits most companies that run on requests, projects or appointments.

Engineering & professional services

Which revision is current, and who still owes an answer?

Projects run on spreadsheets, e-mail threads and shared folders. Drawings go out in the wrong revision, questions from site wait for days, and nobody can see at a glance what the client has approved.

What we can build

One project workspace for your team and your clients: a register of projects and tasks with clear owners, document control with full revision history, RFIs tracked until they are answered, and submission and approval workflows.

  • Project register
  • Task assignment
  • Revision control
  • RFIs
  • Submittals & approvals
  • Client access
Get your projects in order

Field service & contractors

Jobs arrive by phone, and quotes get typed up at night.

Requests come in by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail. Quotes are written after hours, technicians call the office for addresses and equipment details, and every visit report is typed up twice.

What we can build

A system for the whole job: service requests and quotations, technician scheduling and dispatch, an equipment history for every site, mobile job sheets with inspection checklists, and service reports produced from the visit itself.

  • Service requests
  • Quotations
  • Dispatch & scheduling
  • Equipment history
  • Mobile job sheets
  • Inspection reports
Keep every job on schedule

Retail & creative businesses

The same questions, in every message.

Customers ask what is available, what it costs and when it can be delivered, one message at a time. Orders, photos and bookings end up scattered across chats and apps.

What we can build

A website that sells and books for you: a product catalogue, ordering or enquiries (through WhatsApp, as on NUR gift shop, or with card payment), session booking, private client galleries and delivery scheduling.

  • Product catalogue
  • Orders & enquiries
  • Session booking
  • Client galleries
  • Delivery slots
Make ordering simple

Appointment-based businesses

A phone that rings all day, and a calendar full of gaps.

Bookings, changes and cancellations all come in by phone, staff calendars live in different places, and missed appointments leave empty slots.

What we can build

Online booking linked to your staff calendars, appointment reminders, and a simple customer area where clients see and change their bookings.

  • Online booking
  • Staff calendars
  • Appointment reminders
  • Customer area

For bookings and customer communication only: we don't build medical record or clinical systems.

Process

From first call to launch, and after.

A clear sequence with a demo at the end of every stage, for a website or a business application alike. You always know what is happening, what it costs and what comes next. The durations below are typical for a website; a business platform's are set after discovery.

  1. 01

    • Fixed quote and timeline
  2. 02

    Design & approval

    1–2 weeks

We shape the structure and user flows, then design the interface as a reusable system. You review a clickable prototype, not static pictures. You approve the design in writing before we build. Two rounds of design changes are included; further rounds are quoted separately.

    • User flows and wireframes
    • Design system
    • Interactive prototype
    • Signed-off design
  3. 03

    Build

    2–8 weeks

We develop in short cycles with staging reviews on the agreed schedule. You can review progress and give feedback while changes are still practical.

    • Weekly demos
    • Staging environment
    • Automated tests
  4. 04

    Launch

    2–3 days

Before going live we review performance, accessibility and SEO. Redirects and any agreed analytics or monitoring are planned for the hosting setup; search rankings are not guaranteed.

FAQ

Questions clients ask first.

Can't find yours? Ask us directly; we aim to answer within one business day.

Ask a question
How long does a typical project take?

A RelaNex Signature website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. A RelaNex Smart website, with tools such as a client portal or online booking, usually takes 8 to 12 weeks. A Custom Business Platform has no typical length: its timeline and fixed scope are defined after discovery, because every application is different. You get a detailed timeline at the end of discovery.

What is the difference between Signature, Smart and a business platform?

Signature is a bespoke, premium website: outstanding design, animation, speed and the standard business features. Smart includes everything in Signature, plus tools built for your business, such as a client portal, online booking, organised quotation requests or automatic reminders. A Custom Business Platform is a web application on its own, such as a project workflow, a field service system or a client portal, with no website included or required. Many clients start with one and add more later.

Can we order a business application without a new website?

Yes. A Custom Business Platform is commissioned separately, for example next to the website you already have, and can link to it. Its price and timeline depend on the scope we agree after discovery.

How much does a project cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote after a free discovery call, based on scope rather than hours. A website's price depends on its design and features; an application's on its workflows, users and integrations. The budget ranges in the contact form help us suggest the right approach for your investment.

Who owns the code and the designs?

You do. Code lives in your repository, designs in your Figma workspace, and accounts are registered in your name. Third-party software and services a project uses, such as Shopify, Stripe, Supabase or fonts, stay under their own licences and terms, and we list them for you. When the project ends you have everything you need to continue with us or with any other team.

Which technologies do you use?

This website uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a PHP enquiry handler. The two workflow demos use React and TypeScript; the Northlight prototype uses a static Next.js export. A commissioned project may use tools such as Next.js, Supabase or Shopify and hosting suited to its requirements; the final stack and third-party services are agreed during discovery.

Can you work with our existing designs or brand?

Yes. We can build from your existing designs, or extend your brand into a new website.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of support after launch. After that, a Care plan covers updates, security patches, monitoring and monthly improvements, for a website or an application. Hosting, support and response times are set out in the contract.

Do you work with clients in other countries?

Yes, absolutely. We work remotely with clients in any time zone and schedule calls and demos inside shared working hours.

Case study · Handmade gifts

Live client project

NUR gift shop

An elegant digital storefront designed around the unique identity of a handmade gift business.

  • Bespoke design
  • 4 languages
  • Easy product management
  • WhatsApp ordering
nurgift.shopHome page of the NUR gift shop website: a bouquet of handmade chenille flowers and the headline Heç vaxt solmayan çiçəklər
  1. 01

    The business

NUR gift shop is a small home studio in Baku that makes flowers by hand from soft chenille wire.

It offers bouquets, single stems and gift boxes, made to order in any colour, usually within 3–7 days, with delivery in Baku. Customers come for gifts that last: birthdays, 8 March, weddings, graduations and many other occasions. The website had to show the craft and warmth of the studio, explain clearly how ordering works, and speak to customers in four languages.

  2. 02

    The challenge

Present handmade creations in a distinctive and elegant way while making product updates and customer ordering simple for the business owner.

Every piece is made to order in the customer's colours and priced on request, so a standard online shop with a cart and fixed prices would not match how the studio works. The owner also needed to publish new designs, photos and videos without depending on a developer.

  3. 03

    Our design & engineering approach

We combined an artistic visual identity with intuitive product navigation, multilingual content management, and streamlined customer ordering.

    • Visual identity. A warm, light palette, elegant serif headlines and generous space, so the handmade bouquets stay the focus.
    • Navigation. The collection is grouped into bouquets, single stems and gift boxes, and a bouquet builder lets customers choose flowers, colours, wrapping, ribbon and a note card.
    • Ordering. Instead of a cart, each order form collects the colour, quantity, note card and date needed, then opens WhatsApp with the message already written. Instagram works as a second channel.
    • Content management. A simple admin panel for products, photos and videos. The owner saves a change and the website updates itself within minutes.
    • Four languages. Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish, each with its own page, so customers can find the shop in their language.
  4. 04

    The delivered value

The owner can maintain the product catalog without coding, while customers can explore collections and initiate orders through a simple, accessible experience.

    • For the owner. New products, photos and videos go live from the admin panel, without a developer.
    • For customers. They browse the collection, find ideas for each occasion, design their own bouquet and send a complete order in one message.
    • For the business. Orders arrive in WhatsApp with the details needed to confirm colour, size, price and timing in the same conversation.

Case study · Industrial engineering

Live in-house project

RelaNex Group

A professional corporate website designed to communicate complex engineering capabilities with clarity and confidence.

  • Corporate web design
  • B2B experience
  • Technical content architecture
  • Multilingual website
relanexgroup.comHome page of the RelaNex Group website: the headline Relay Protection & Power System Engineering, its core expertise, and 28 specialist services, 5 divisions and 6 relay platforms
  1. 01

    The business

RelaNex Group, our parent company, is a vendor-independent consulting and engineering company in Baku, specialising in relay protection and power systems.

It works on new installations and existing industrial facilities: protection and automation engineering, power system studies, power automation and control, and maintenance and asset reliability, plus corporate training through RelaNex Academy. Remote engineering support is available. Its clients are industrial operators, EPC contractors, engineering companies, panel builders and utilities, served internationally from Baku, so the website had to present this expertise to an international audience, in English and Russian.

  2. 02

    The challenge

Communicate highly specialized technical services to an international B2B audience without overwhelming visitors with complex engineering information.

The services are deeply technical, from relay coordination and IEC 61850 to arc flash studies and PLC/SCADA systems, and they cover both new installations and ageing systems with incomplete documentation. Visitors range from engineers who want the full technical scope to managers who need to see quickly whether the company can solve their problem.

  3. 03

    Our design & engineering approach

We developed a structured corporate presentation with clear service divisions, intuitive navigation, multilingual accessibility, and a professional visual identity aligned with the engineering industry.

    • Clear service divisions. Five divisions: protection & automation engineering, power system studies, maintenance & asset reliability, power automation & control, and RelaNex Academy, with 28 specialist services, each on its own page.
    • Start from the problem. The home page asks what the visitor needs to do: design a new system, investigate protection problems or modernize an existing installation, and leads each path to the matching services.
    • Layered content. Every service opens with a plain statement of what it delivers; the technical detail is one step further, on its own page, for specialists.
    • Credibility up front. Vendor independence across ABB, Hitachi Energy, Siemens, Schneider Electric, GE Vernova and SEL, and the scale of the offer (28 services, five divisions, six relay platforms), are visible from the home page.
    • Direct contact paths. "Get in Touch" stays in the header. The contact form asks which service the enquiry concerns and prompts for the details needed to scope it, such as the voltage level, the relay model and whether the system is new or already in service, with separate addresses for engineering and training.
    • Identity and languages. A restrained deep-blue identity and clean typography suited to an engineering company, in English and Russian: the main pages and 11 service pages have Russian versions.
  4. 04

    The delivered value

Potential clients can more easily identify relevant engineering services, understand the company's capabilities, and find the appropriate contact pathway for project inquiries.

    • For prospective clients. They start from the problem they need to solve, move to the division and service that matches it, and can judge the team's depth from the technical detail.
    • For the company. Enquiries name the service they concern, arrive with the details needed to scope the work and go straight to the engineering team, while training requests have their own address.
    • For the group. Five disciplines in one clear presentation, ready to share with international partners in English or Russian.
